If we no longer count the groups to which Kurt Van Herck has brought all his talent, since 1993 he has had the opportunity to gather his own formations, “All the way” (an electric band), and the acoustic quartet with which he recorded this first album: Kris Goessens on piano, Nicolas Thys on double bass, and Dré Pallemaerts on drums. A quartet found on this first CD around a repertoire entirely signed by Kurt Van Herck and Kris Goessens.
