About
Jungle Binche is a hug to dance, to trance for all, to popular tradition.
This sixth album is also the one that comes after twenty-five years of exploration, something rare enough to be highlighted. On this long road, a singular aesthetic emerged, one that you can identify from the first notes.
Rêve d'Eléphant Orchestra can be said to be joyful, libertarian, rich, generous, abundant and also intergenerational. The mix of generations feeds this new album. Of course, we can recognize the touch of the old hands but the presence of the younger players sends the elephants in search of new territories, both in terms of composition and collective playing.
Six of them composed the tracks for this album, which was recorded and mixed by Christine Verschorren, the ingenious sound engineer.
The result is personal and diverse worlds that offer us a journey into a jungle where everything is possible without losing the listener.
